Retail Assistant - Yvonne Forgan

 I am proud to say I learnt to play golf here on Balcomie Links and was also very lucky to be around when the Club bought the land to design and build Craighead Links, and became friends with Gill Hanse and his family whilst he was here.  I am a past Ladies Club Champion here at Crail and also at Nairn Golf Club.

My most memorable round of golf was on Shiskine Golf course in Blackwaterfoot on the Isle of Arran on a girls weekend away.  If I could, I would love to play a 4 ball on Augusta National with my husband Ross, his dad Bill and my dad Bob but unfortunately this could only be in my dreams. If we didn’t manage to get a time on Augusta maybe Pebble Beach would be a close second.

I have worked here at Crail under different guises. I have been in the office, the kitchen and now I feel I am quite privileged to work here in the Proshop.  My colleagues are brilliant and we all work well together. I love the fact we are encouraged to learn new skills like regripping clubs and helping merchandise the shop.

Crail has two brilliant Golf courses and a visit into the Proshop to get a wee reminder of your visit is a must and I would be delighted to welcome you here.
